Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to join their team in Allentown, PA. The position offers part-time to full-time opportunities.
About the Role
Maximum Care, Inc. has been in operation for over 40 years, providing support to the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities in the Lehigh Valley area.
Responsibilities
- Care for Participants' physical and emotional needs due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
- Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation as needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with reminders for medications.
- Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs.
- Perform personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
- Offer companionship and conversation to stimulate, encourage, and assist an individual.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
