Responsibilities

• Care for participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
• Provide physical and emotional care due to illness, injury, or disability.
• Assist with home tasks: light housekeeping, running errands, or providing transportation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and assist with general living needs.
• Provide personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting individuals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to complete a criminal background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
