As a caregiver you will create sincere connections and deliver compassionate care that goes beyond the ordinary, ensuring the safety, health, and engagement of our cherished clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care
• Perform light housework
• Prepare meals
• Shop and run errands
• Offer companionship
• Assist with incontinence care
• Support clients with dementia
• Help with transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or have a valid exemption
• Current TB skin test or clear chest X‑ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• Ability to obtain CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry certification through Golden Years
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed
