Home Health Aid Evening Shifts- Private Duty

Pay

$17–18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience
• Current HHA certificate (minimum 40-hour course) OR CNA license OR one year of hands-on caregiver/Home Health Aide experience
• BLS-certified CPR (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy)
• Level II background check (Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse)

Responsibilities

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care, household support, and companion services to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Your duties will include:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range-of-motion exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
