About the role

As a Home Health Sales Executive, you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists
  • Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan
  • Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities
  • Report to a Market Executive of Sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required
  • Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred
  • Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required
  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

Pay

$58,700 - $78,500 per year. This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
