Responsibilities
- Verify and maintain records of incoming shipments.
- Route incoming shipments to processing areas.
- Demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus six months distribution/service center experience and six months order filler experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass drug test.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends, work any shift, and overtime.
- Accuracy/attention to detail.
- Organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects.
- Knowledge of standard product packaging and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Familiarity with distribution center receiving terms and processes.
- Ability to operate a forklift, and pallet jack.
Qualifications
- Fred Meyer lift truck certification/license.
- Six months company distribution/service center experience.
