Responsibilities

• Provide live shopping experiences online for some of the best luxury brands.
• Work with professional home furnishing knowledge and physical store sales experience.
• Develop and maintain an existing customer base through successful online sales.
• Curate a unique customer experience for new and existing customers.
• Attend vendor and clienteling development programs to support the digitization of your career.
• Work from your own home, making your own hours, and working from anywhere.
• Expand your reach and build new relationships by connecting with new and established clients using the Luxlock clienteling platform.

Requirements

• Previous retail and styling experience.
• Savvy clienteling skills.
• A strong knowledge of designer brands.
• An exceptional commitment to customer service.
• A client book to maintain and expand upon.
• No need to be tech-savvy; our software is intuitive and designed for efficient scaling of your reach.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred for immediate placement.
• A desktop or laptop for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in a product or service category.
• Ability to provide excellent service standards.
• Knowledge of color, flow, and unity in design.
• Experience in interior design or related field.
