What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC system needs and comfort concerns
- Present customized system solutions and energy-efficient upgrade options
- Educate customers on financing options, system performance, and long-term savings
- Build trust through strong communication and professional recommendations
- Close sales while maintaining a high standard of customer experience
- Follow up on leads and maintain organized sales activity records
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales success (HVAC, home services, roofing, remodeling, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong closing ability and confident communication style
- Self-driven mindset with strong accountability for results
- Able to work independently in a field-based sales environment
- Valid driver's license with clean and insurable driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay plus uncapped commission structure
- Target annual earnings of $100K+
- Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus (based on qualifications)
