About the Role

Southern HVAC, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving business that values work-life balance and genuinely cares about employees. This role is ideal for individuals driven by the thrill of closing deals, turning warm leads into satisfied customers, and earning over $100K in their first year. No prior experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries is required—we provide top-notch training and expert industry knowledge to help you excel.

You will collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for customers' homes, building long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers to provide solutions for their home comfort, building customers for life.
• Efficiently communicate during in-home conversations to help homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs while improving comfort and air quality.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate future referrals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record in driving results.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes and drive sales effectiveness.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business-to-consumer sales (prior industry experience not required).
• Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs.

Physical Requirements

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual workstation or office.
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication devices.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to type, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
