About the role

Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, a Southern Home Services Company, seeks a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving business that values work-life balance and cares about its employees.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers to provide solutions for their home comfort.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save money on utilities and improve air quality.
• Follow up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction and build a referral base.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills with customers.
• Proficiency with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Strong drive to sell and solve customer needs.

Physical Requirements

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office.
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication devices.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.

Pay and Schedule

The advertised pay is the average of Home Comfort Advisor commission pay.

This is an exempt position.
