About the role

Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving business that values work-life balance and cares about its employees.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to build customers for life.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations, helping homeowners save money on utilities and improve air quality in their homes.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills with customers.
• Proficiency with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Strong drive to sell and help solve customer needs.

Physical Requirements

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office.
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication devices.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.

Pay

The advertised pay is the average of Home Comfort Advisors' commission pay.

This is an exempt position.

Qualifications

No prior experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries is required. Top-notch training and expert industry knowledge are provided to help you excel.
