About the role
We have an immediate opening for a Home Comfort Advisor to join our team. This individual is a proven sales contributor with great energy and initiative to build a territory, drive sales cycles, and close business. This role formulates and executes a strategy to maximize business growth. The Home Comfort Advisor will work cross-functionally with other team members, making cross-company engagement and collaboration essential. This is a high-impact role capable of driving outstanding business results and is responsible for generating revenue for an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding quotas.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, especially in the Residential HVAC Industry is an advantage.
- Desire to succeed and grow within the company.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance.
Pay
Base plus a generous commission rate.
