Job Opening
Scheduling Coordinator (Entry Level)
- Branch: Erie, PA
- Job Location: 2820 West 23rd St., Suite 8, Erie, PA 16506 (in-office position, reliable commuting required)
- Status: Part Time (20-25 hours/week)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm (flexibility to work till 1:30pm if needed)
We're Looking For
- A friendly, positive personality with great telephone skills.
- An excellent multi-tasker who is organized & dependable, with top-notch problem solving and communication skills.
- A team player with strong detail retention abilities, who takes pride in a job well done.
- Customer service, scheduling, and/or health care experience preferred.
- Previous home care scheduling experience preferred.
- Must be computer proficient, with the ability to communicate via email and inter-company chat. Functional knowledge of office equipment like copiers, scanners, and fax machines required.
- High school diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Receiving inquiry telephone calls from clients, determining the nature and extent of the clients’ needs, highlighting the benefits of CareGivers services, assigning appropriate health care staff to deliver the service.
- Cooking ongoing delivery of services.
