Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Designer (B2) to join our North America Home Care team, designing for iconic brands like Swiffer and Mr. Clean. Home Care is one of P&G’s fastest-growing businesses, focused on creating innovative, inclusive, and socially responsible products. Design plays a critical role in our diverse team, transforming strategy into irresistible designs and experiences through a people-centric, empathetic lens. As a Senior Designer for Surface Care, you will shape the future vision of these brands by crafting visual strategy, holistic visual identity, and execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Strategy: Work with cross-functional P&G teams and external agencies to build brand strategy, design vision, and creative execution. Drive brand consistency and appeal across packaging, digital, print, and displays.
  • Lead Programs: Own graphic design for brand initiatives such as collection restages, line extensions, and new innovations. Collaborate cross-functionally and with external agencies to deliver initiatives on-time and on-budget. Elevate issues with implications to key business partners to enable informed decision-making and resolution. Drive the design process through planning, business understanding, creative vision, consumer research, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.
  • Create: Build frameworks and processes to define work. Develop visual systems to enable brand and shopping. Use hands-on skills to create concepts, showcase ideas, illustrate feedback, and adapt designs for iteration. Leverage new technologies such as AI to enhance creation.
  • Grow: Facilitate creative thinking across the organization through trends, approaches, and technology upskilling. Bring innovative ideas and reapply learnings to drive continual improvements in design quality and efficiency. Build capability and mastery in yourself and the design community while driving organizational and process transformation. Leverage core competencies such as growth mindset, design proficiency, attention to detail, managing complexity, and agility.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-time graphic design work experience.
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
  • Design Mastery: Creative excellence, system thinking, brand building, storytelling, design thinking, and problem-solving. Strong sense of design principles, systems, aesthetics, typography, and color. Depth of understanding in package design and brand identity.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with partners across functions and levels, including senior leadership. Skilled in forming and communicating a clear, strategic design vision.
  • Innovation: Cultivates a growth mindset to drive new and better results. Creates systematic improvements for repeatable excellence and proactively solves problems.
  • Learning Agility: Learns from successes and failures, demonstrates curiosity, and is action-oriented. Comfortable pivoting strategies based on new learnings.
  • Strong project and time management skills. Experience leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Hands-on Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to build strategies, concepts, prototypes, and quick design iterations.

Pay

Starting salary range: $110,000.00 - $165,300.00 per year. Compensation varies based on factors including office location, role, credentials, skill set, and experience. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
