About the role
PACE stands for Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. We are a new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age.
We care for the elderly at our day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home. If you’ve never heard of us before, that’s okay since we’re new to the region. PACE North began serving the 7 county region’s elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it’s growing quickly!
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Somewhat college coursework is helpful
- Comparable professional experience in a healthcare scheduling or office administration role
- Strong skills in common healthcare and business software
- Strong interpersonal communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- An inspirational, motivational, and creative approach
