Home Care Sales
About the role
The Home Care Sales Liaison will represent the Home Health Care, Inc. brand at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events, driving referrals and building new relationships throughout the community. This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Represent Home Health Care, Inc. at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events
- Drive referrals and build new relationships within the community
- Build lasting community relationships to increase awareness and utilization of home care services
- Educate patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on the benefits of home care services
- Serve as an advocate for Home Health Care, Inc. and Legacy Home Care, supporting their mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services
- Navigate sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and professionalism
- Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales required
- Experience in home care, hospice, or senior services preferred
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 + unlimited earning potential in commission annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
