About the Role

As a Home Care Sales and Marketing Consultant with Right at Home, you will be instrumental in driving our service expansion within your assigned territory. Your main goal is to generate revenue through engaging in outside sales and securing contracts for our services, so that we can provide excellent care to more clients. You will spend more than half of your time away from the office, actively seeking new referral sources and strengthening existing relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, from initiating cold calls to delivering formal group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Right at Home with integrity in every community interaction, bringing more families to Right at Home when they need us most.
• Cultivate a network with referral providers, including but not limited to hospitals, physicians, and senior living facilities.
• Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing plans, with a focus on bringing in new clients and growing our referral pipeline.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and leverage software tools to grow our reach across O'ahu.
• Participate in educational programs and contribute to the collective knowledge and growth of the team.
• Hit On-Target Earnings potential by bringing roughly 4-5 new clients per month to families who need us.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and relationship-building.
• Existing relationships within island medical, senior care, and/or community organizations is a plus.
• Capable of working autonomously in the field.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Committed to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Comfortable presenting to groups in clinical and community settings.
• Bilingual candidates (Japanese, Tagalog, Ilocano) welcome.

Pay

Base: $48,000 | On-Target Earnings: $80,000+ with aggressive commission structure. Income grows as the business grows.
