Deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program, BSN preferred
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
- One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule
Predictable schedules with steady assignments—no scrambling for hours. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, weekend rotation every 4 weeks.
