Department: PHIL-HH Home Health Care

Location: 20000 Governors Drive, Olympia Fields, IL 60461

Schedule

• Per Diem, Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Holiday and weekend requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of care.
• Supervises and directs the care provided by the Home Health Aide.
• Plans and organizes care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrates active participation in home care department operational functions.
• Maintains competency in meeting patient safety goals.

Requirements

• One to two years recent clinical experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

Pay

Reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $43.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
