About the role

Community Horizons is assisting a local member to find a reliable, compassionate and friendly person to provide care in the comfort of their home, in Tomah, WI. Member uses a wheelchair and adaptive equipment. Member enjoys conversation, sharing a smile, knitting, and watching baseball, and time with grandkids. Self-directed services is utilized to emphasize independence, freedom of choice, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Light meal prepping
• Assistance with bathroom tasks
• Transfer assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship

Requirements

No caregiving experience required; training will be provided for the right fit.

Pay

$18–$20 per hour, part‑time.

Schedule

Part‑time flexible hours with weekend split AM, mid‑day, and PM shifts (typically 1–2 hours each).
