Home Care Physical Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living. This position offers PRN availability during weekdays, with no travel required as all residents live on our campus.

Responsibilities

• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Provide a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging to our residents.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address the needs of our residents.
• Participate in onsite medical centers for wellness visits and sick care.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to document to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Pay

$50 hourly plus a $500 sign-on bonus.
