Home Care Physical Therapist - Independent Contractor

About the role

We are looking for Physical Therapists to work across all boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx) and Long Island. A minimum of one year of pediatric experience is required. Requirements

• Current New York State PT license.
• Verification of certification/registration.
• Up‑to‑date malpractice and auto insurance from the date of engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and interventions in accordance with state licensure laws and agency policy.

Pay

Competitive rates of $63 to $75 for 30‑minute sessions.
