What You'll Do

  • Cook up caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes with urgency and professionalism.
  • Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and referral partners.
  • Support new client inquiries and create a compassionate, professional first impression.
  • Keep daily operations running smoothly through documentation, communication, follow-up, and administrative coordination.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect client care.
  • Build strong relationships with caregivers while promoting accountability and exceptional service.
  • Participate in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule as part of the leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen agency operations.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in home care operations, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare administration, and/or office management.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional, confident, and compassionate communicator.
  • Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys solving problems.
  • Technology proficient and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Passionate about serving seniors, supporting caregivers, and building a positive team culture.
