Home Care Office Manager & Operations Lead
Core Responsibilities
- HR & Recruitment: Manage the full caregiver lifecycle. You will oversee sourcing, screening applications, interviewing, onboarding, and leading orientation for our new Care Professionals.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure our local office runs smoothly, efficiently, and remains in 100% compliance with Florida state regulations and Home Instead franchise standards.
- Scheduling Oversight: Take ultimate ownership of the master care calendar. You will directly guide and collaborate with our remote Scheduling Coordinator to ensure accurate client-caregiver matches, fast communication, and prompt resolution of open shifts.
- Workforce Retention: Build a supportive office culture that reduces caregiver turnover through strong communication, structured recognition, and appreciation programs.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of coordination or management experience explicitly within a Non-Medical Home Care or Home Health agency.
- Hands-On Mindset: A professional who loves a dynamic environment and is equally comfortable analyzing office efficiency metrics as they are speaking with clients or interviewing a new caregiver.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing or directing others, including the ability to effectively manage or collaborate with remote team members/virtual assistants.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern home care scheduling platforms (ClearCare/WellSky experience is a major plus), digital tracking tools, and communications software.
- Local Commitment: Must live within an easy daily commute of our New Port Richey office.
