Home Care Office Coordinator
Position Summary
This position will coordinate administrative, business, and other operational activities in the office by performing the following duties: maintaining solid and consistent communication with branch leadership and ensuring accurate file maintenance.
Position Requirements & Competencies
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable Transportation and Insurance.
Tasks Daily / Weekly
- Manage the Branch Phones: Available to take, make, and follow up with calls to/from the branch. Document call information in the appropriate case notes in a timely manner.
- Manage Emails / Teams Communications: Open emails and Teams throughout office hours to address incoming communications.
- Provide Client Care: Cover critical clients when aides are unavailable.
- Complete Missed Visits in Real Time: Cancel shifts, document calls, and complete Missed Visit Reports in real time.
- Complete Client Complaint Log: Document complaints in Case Notes and Client Complaint Log.
- Recruiting: Manage candidate flow in ClearCompany, follow 3-2-1 Recruiting Process, and document candidate status.
- Interviewing: Interview candidates to determine hirability and fit.
- Orientations: Schedule and complete compliant orientations with candidates.
- Hire/Start: Meet monthly goals and establish compliant employee files.
- Boots on the Ground Recruiting: Get out into communities to meet people, hang flyers, and create awareness.
- Schedule and Attend Employment Job Fairs.
- Customer Service Calls with New Employees: Reach out to new employees after their first and third weeks of work.
