Home Care Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight for frail and chronically ill adults in home and community settings.
• Supervise home care nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality services and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts.
