About the role

We are seeking a high-energy, people-loving Recruiter to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Find and hire awesome caregivers
• Partner with leadership to keep staffing strong
• Answer phones and support caregivers, clients, and applicants
• Guide new hires from interview to onboarding
• Keep everything organized and compliant
• Lead orientations and create a great first impression
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (healthcare is a plus!)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment
• Friendly, confident communicator
• Organized and great at multitasking
• Team player with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
