Home Care Lead

As a Home Care Lead, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As a part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist, perform, and train patients/clients and families in activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting)
- Assist the Supervisor by performing supervisory visits as designated
- Assist with orientation and training of field‑based home care aides
- Assist with opening cases
- Provide feedback to care professionals, including evaluations
Requirements
- Six (6) months of experience in a similar job classification (caregiving or HHA experience)
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (preferred)
- Attention to detail; ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
