Home Care Infusion RN - Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs
• Proactively update client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
• Able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; varied assistance required depending on client mobility
• Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
• IV starts in Peds and/or Adults
• PICC lines
• Ports
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting
• Minimum 6 (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred
• Hemophiliacs and Factor administration
• Enzyme administration
• Prior home care infusion experience
