Home Care Director / Administrator
Position Summary
The Home Care Director (Administrator) is responsible for the overall management, operation, growth, and regulatory compliance of Peachtree Hills Place's Private Home Care agency. This role serves as the designated Administrator in accordance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations and is responsible for ensuring safe, highquality, and compliant home care services while building a strong, engaged team.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Private Home Care agency.
Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop caregivers and office staff.
Build a high-performing team while establishing operational best practices.
Ensure adequate staffing coverage to meet client needs.
Foster a culture focused on compassion, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Collaborate with campus leadership to grow the Private Home Care program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, or administrative experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
Knowledge of Georgia Private Home Care Provider regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage staff, operations, compliance, and service delivery.
