Pay

$90,000-$102,000

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments, care planning, and skilled nursing for home care clients
• Build relationships with clients, families, and physicians
• Mentor and empower direct care staff, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing expertise and home care leadership experience
• Celebration of aging and ability to build trust
