Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain referral sources
- Build client relationships
- Work with the case managers
- Calendar Management and Appointment Scheduling, including in person client meetings
- Aid with marketing efforts by supporting company sponsored marketing events
- Support and oversee sales teams
- Increase revenue and grow territory
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years marketing home health services revenue teams with administrative tasks or 5 years sales and marketing experience
- Possess existing referral business relationship with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, is a PLUS, but not mandatory
- Develop & maintain new relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc.
- Explain home care program, requirements, and benefits to doctors, potential patients, and their family members
- Develop and execute customized marketing plan to jumpstart or increase referrals from targeted referral sources
- Organize marketing events, and participate in various community programs to increase company awareness, recognition, and brand development
- Work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles in order to complete tasks / resilient approach to co
- Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales is required
Compensation
Our compensation plan is greater than our largest competitor. We offer a base salary, plus commission-bonuses for meeting monthly goals+ per hour residual on billable hours.
