Responsibilities

  • Develop/maintain referral sources
  • Build client relationships
  • Work with the case managers
  • Calendar Management and Appointment Scheduling, including in person client meetings
  • Aid with marketing efforts by supporting company sponsored marketing events
  • Support and oversee sales teams
  • Increase revenue and grow territory

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years marketing home health services revenue teams with administrative tasks or 5 years sales and marketing experience
  • Possess existing referral business relationship with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, is a PLUS, but not mandatory
  • Develop & maintain new relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc.
  • Explain home care program, requirements, and benefits to doctors, potential patients, and their family members
  • Develop and execute customized marketing plan to jumpstart or increase referrals from targeted referral sources
  • Organize marketing events, and participate in various community programs to increase company awareness, recognition, and brand development
  • Work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles in order to complete tasks / resilient approach to co
  • Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales is required

Compensation

Our compensation plan is greater than our largest competitor. We offer a base salary, plus commission-bonuses for meeting monthly goals+ per hour residual on billable hours.
