Home Care CNA Afternoon Shift

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Assist with toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Skilled caregiving or CNA experience required
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay & Benefits

About the Role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference. Current Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 1:30 pm to 8 pm, Sunday 1:30 pm to 8 pm. Consistency and reliability are essential for this client.
