Home Care Aide - Full Time (Christian County)

About the role

Haven Home Care is seeking a Full-Time Home Care Aide to provide compassionate, dignified care to seniors in Christian County, Missouri and surrounding areas. The position offers competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including health, vision, dental, disability, mental health initiatives, pet insurance, referral bonuses, and paid drive time.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and cleaning up afterward
• Bathing and personal care
• Laundry and light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Running errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience in caregiving
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Passionate about making a difference in senior care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required)
