Job Summary

The Visiting Angels office in Tupelo seeks dedicated individuals to provide compassionate care to senior adults and those in need within the Northeast Mississippi area.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Ambulate and assist clients with mobility
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Plan and prepare meals with clients’ assistance
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Shop for clients or accompany them
• Be a companion and support person
• Report and respond to emergencies

Requirements

• Passion to serve others
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Housekeeping and cooking skills with dietary considerations
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate attitude
• Good time management and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
