About the role
We’re looking for compassionate caregivers to help clients age with dignity and respect in the comfort of home. You’ll build meaningful one‑on‑one relationships while providing essential support — light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, companion care, medication reminders, and more. No certification is required; we provide the training you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living: light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, companion care, medication reminders
- Make clients feel safe, happy, content, and secure
- Be trustworthy, honest, and provide top‑notch service to every client
- Show patience with clients of varying needs and abilities
- Willingness to learn the skills needed to provide valued services
- Be a good, patient listener — attentive and understanding
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Background check required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (required for client transport in Tennessee)
- TB test and drug screen required (Kentucky only)

Pay
Salary range: USD $14.50 – $16.50 per hour.
