Home Care Aide

LifeStyle Options, with over 35 years in the home care industry, is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. No experience or certification is required — our comprehensive training program provides the tools and confidence needed to succeed. We serve clients in your area and maintain a 95% employee satisfaction rating.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time hours available
• Work when and where you want (hourly shifts or live-in arrangements)

Pay

• Starting wage: $16.50 per hour
• Holiday premium pay (1.5x for scheduled/worked covered holidays)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engaging activities
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders
• Perform basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Escort clients to appointments and errands as needed

Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Two references (one professional, one personal)
