Home Care Aide

About the role

This position assists clients with household tasks and activities of daily living when they are unable to perform them themselves, following a Plan of Care or under supervision of a family member or authorized representative. The role reports directly to the assigned Help At Home, Inc. Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping and errands
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Accompany clients to appointments outside the home

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state‑required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Pay

Starting rates up to $16.35 per hour, paid weekly.
