Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Access to reliable transportation
- No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
- Dedication to professional development and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements

Benefits

Pay
New hire bonus details: $1,000 sign-on bonus available to new hires starting on or after June 22, 2026. This bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. Caregivers must be active and use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Former employees must be returning after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible. The milestones must be reached within 18 months from the start date.
