Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on a state-approved competency test

Pay

Pay

• $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires starting on or after June 22, 2026
• Total $1,000 bonus paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from start date
