About the role

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide in‑home support to seniors. You will work one‑on‑one with clients inside their homes, assisting with daily activities and providing companionship.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal care activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• No experience required; CNA certification is encouraged.
• Dedication to professional development and completion of organizational and state‑required training.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.
