Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

• Flexible scheduling
• Highest wages in the state, typically around $13 per hour (vary by location, experience, and/or care plan)

Benefits

• New Hire Milestone Bonus: $1,000 bonus paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from the start date
• Electronic visit verification required for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones
• Eligible for the bonus if starting on or after 6/22/2026
• Caregivers must be active and using electronic visit verification to accumulate hours
• Caregivers transferring from Help at Home, LLC portfolio companies are not eligible for the bonus
• Former employees must return after at least one year to be eligible
• Milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date
