Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Access to reliable transportation
- No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
- Dedication to professional development and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements

New Hire Milestone Bonus
- $1,000 new hire milestone bonus available for caregivers starting on or after 6/22/2026
- Bonus paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from start date
- Caregivers must be active and use electronic visit verification to accumulate toward payout milestones
- Caregivers transferring from Help at Home, LLC portfolio companies are not eligible for the bonus
- Former employees must return after at least one year to be eligible
- Milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date
