• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

New Hire Milestone Bonus

• $1,000 new hire milestone bonus available for caregivers starting on or after 6/22/2026
• Bonus paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from start date
• Caregivers must be active and use electronic visit verification to accumulate toward payout milestones
• Caregivers transferring from Help at Home, LLC portfolio companies are not eligible for the bonus
• Former employees must return after at least one year to be eligible
• Milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date
