Job Summary
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home. Responsibilities can include but not limited to:
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Memory Care
- Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance with reliable car
- Prior home care experience
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
