About the Role

We are urgently hiring Home Care Aides in Aurora, IL; Elgin, IL; Naperville, IL; Downers Grove, IL; Carol Stream, IL; Montgomery, IL; Yorkville, IL; Batavia, IL; Hanover Park, IL; Warrenville, IL; Lisle, IL; Wheaton, IL; and many more areas.
Caregiver Benefits

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care
- Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
- Transport client to appointments and daily errands

- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
- 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)

Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age).
Paid Time Off and Holidays
Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays for employees who have worked at least 1 year with the company and work 30 hours per week. Holiday schedule: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Martin Luther King Day or Floating Holiday.
