About the role

Addus HomeCare hires family members, friends, or neighbors as paid caregivers for individuals with Medicaid. You can choose your own hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands

Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)
