Home Care Aide 8 Hour Shifts, South Bay/East Lake

Cheer Home Care is hiring Home Care Aides to provide compassionate non‑medical home care services to elderly and disabled clients in South Bay, East Lake. As a Cheer Home Care Aide you will offer companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and other outings.
• Deliver specialized care for dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, hospice, and other conditions.
• Offer hourly and 24/7 care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to help with activities of daily living.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred (but not required) certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive clients in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Cell phone with internet access.

Pay

Hourly rate: $20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and other factors.

Schedule

Shift: Monday‑Saturday, AM/PM, 8‑hour shift (9 am – 5 pm). Flexible full‑time or part‑time options available.
