Responsibilities Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence careMonitor client safety and provide companionshipAssist with daily routines and activitiesPrepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when neededPerform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environmentDocument care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care teamProvide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence Requirements Previous caregiving experience preferredActive California Home Care Aide (HCA) registrationCurrent TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulationsLegally authorized to work in the U.SValid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment Benefits Why Join Us?
