Responsibilities
- Maintains compliance with state and regulatory bodies.
- Maintains compliance with agency policies and SOPs.
- Maintains and reviews job descriptions for all employees annually.
- Maintains office employee and Direct Care Worker personnel files.
- Analyzes and identifies trends via KPIs to meet agency goals.
- Reviews assessment reports and implements process improvements.
- Reviews authorized and unauthorized hours reports.
- Reviews bi-weekly payday reports.
- Reviews Enterprise Incident Management reports and incidents.
- Reviews payroll escalations and ensures billable hours are verified.
- Reviews weekly Patient/Caregiver Lead reports and marketing events.
- Reviews new patients staffed the previous week and resolves scheduling discrepancies.
- Reviews and tracks enrollment and transfer cases.
- Supports Direct Care Worker onboarding with the Human Resources Department.
- Ensures compliance with Direct Care Worker annual education and TB screenings.
- Establishes and implements policies and procedures regarding consumer rights and responsibilities.
- Affords assistance with filing appeals for decreased patient hours.
- Maintains and updates consumer records as required by state regulations.
- Reports major and adverse events within mandated timeframes.
- Prepares and maintains an emergency management plan consistent with national standards.
- Establishes and implements an infection prevention and control program based on CDC guidelines.
- Maintains assessments teams' plan of care for patients.
- Collaborates with Human Resources for hiring internal positions.
- Routinely meets with office employees to foster a culture of talent development, retention, and accountability.
- Performs various duties as assigned by management.

- Two years of healthcare supervisory experience required.
