About The Role

We’ll provide the training and development needed to build a career here! As a Home Buying Concierge, you’ll work with your team to help make the homebuying journey smoother and less stressful for our borrowers. This role is driven by teamwork—you’ll be collaborating with teammates to build a strong culture of support and teamwork.

You’ll be taking the stress of moving logistics off the borrower’s shoulders by building connections with borrowers (mostly by phone, voicemail, or text) to educate and assist them with the moving process. Partnering with teams across the company and external providers to get borrowers the products and services they need is also part of your role. You’ll pitch in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Pay

With a base salary and commission setup, you're looking at $42,000 to $60,000 in your first year. But here's where it gets exciting - our top earners are hitting $80,000 and beyond, thanks to performance incentives that can propel your earnings higher.
